Santa Cruz Auto Repair

About a month ago, my low pressure light went on. I checked my tires, did not find anything. Went to Goodyear. They checked them each of them and did not find anything. They filled them all with air and did not charge for the work! That's right! I would so recommend them. They are honest.

Came here for a smog check. Got estimated 20 mins and gave them my key. Did the paperwork, sat down and started eating a banana. Halfway through my banana, I was told that my car was ready. Wait what?! I was literally in and out of the place 15-20mins. They even charged me the $45 coupon price... even without a coupon. Is it weird that I think I love this place more than 90% of Santa Cruz?

Super fast smog with a reasonable price. Half the price of the place in Scotts Valley near my house I used last time. Nice people too.

SMOG check!Best price in ton and fastest service ever! It took more time to drive to and from Goodyear than it did to have my vehicle smogged! CRAZY FAST!Lee and Issac are very personable and friendly and I plan on bringing my vehicle back for future services.

Couldn't have asked for anything more. Stopped in without an appointment to see about getting my car smogged and I got right in. The person working the front was friendly, the price ($45) was right as far as I know, I was in and out in about 20 minutes, and they have wireless internet you can use while you wait. Overall a great experience for getting a smog check!

I started the day at Big O tires to have a brake job done. They quoted me $580 and said that my calipers were sticking and needed to be replaced. I was sceptic about it and I wanted a second opinion.Fortunately I found Goodyear repair across the street. Issac was very friendly and helpful and upon his inspection advised that I didn't need new calipers.... Saving me over $200. I appreciate an honest mechanic and I will remember this shop next time I have a problem. Never trust the first opinion at these big corporation shops who are looking to push parts and product to make $$$$$.

Isaac is the most honest mechanic I have ever met. I brought my wife's car in because she said it needed new brakes. Isaac found they were fine. Made a few adjustments and only charged a small service fee. I think any other place would of replaced them even if they were not needed. He has taken care of my moms car with complete honesty telling her what she needed now and what she needed later down the road to help with a budget. Prices are reasonable and friendly service. I have been recommending all friends and family to come here since my first visit. Thanks Isaac

Isaac services my car regularly and recently I bought two new tires at a good price.I witnessed him kindly and patiently explaining his estimate procedure to a mentally ill person with many questions. He takes the time to explain, and tries to make sure each customer understands what he is telling them. I have run into the same customers several times, who keep coming back because Isaac is a very good overall mechanic, and charges righteous prices.

I have been going to Isaac and his crew for several years. He has always been very honest with me, letting me know what work should happen immediately and what repairs can wait. The work has always been high quality at a fair cost. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
